- A non-refundable deposit of 25% pre-payment is required within 48hrs of reservation to avoid automatic cancellation of booking. Balance within 14 days prior to arrival date.
- Non-refundable rates: Dates can be modified based on availability and any rate difference for the period will be applied accordingly.

In case a guest under 18 years is accommodated, parents/guardians must take full responsibility and must sign a disclaimer form provided to them at time of check-in.
